KITE is a company established to provide out service of locating and finding rare and out-of-print publications to the user and further locate books and buy on behalf of the user. KITE also is able to show our rare and precious collection of publications on line for our users' enjoyment. However, if you wish to obtain the publications, we do not sell books online but is able to buy books on your behalf, to do this, you must be 18 and over and hold a credit card or some form of internet transaction. We ask for you to respect this site and our terms & conditions, any breaching may cause your membership cancellation. 


Fees Guideline
The site is for personal use and enjoyment, the charge for the usage of site is free and membership is free. However, for additional book locating "hard finding" and the purchase on your behalf will cost. the cost guideline is listed below:

The cost of the publication: The cost varies depending on the type of publication. we will however try to fine the cheapest, once we have found it, we will inform you on the price of the publication.

Handing and shipping:
Outside NZ = under 3 kg is $12NZ
                    over   3 kg is $25 NZ
North Island = under 3 kg is $ 7.50 NZ
                    over   3 kg is $ 10.50 NZ
South Island = under 3 kg is $ 7.50 NZ
                    over    3 kg is $10.50 NZ
Rural place is an additional $5.50 NZ
Sign and trace is additional $10.00 NZ

Insurance
I f you are serious about the publication, we ask that you place an insurance on the publication. For the handing and shipping as we are not responsible for loss and damages

Negotiation Process Duration ( with seller) ( this does not include other charges)
within 3 days = $40NZ
within a week = $50NZ
within 2 week = $65NZ
within a month = $80NZ
Over a month and more = $90NZ

Cancellation
If you wish to no longer obtain the book once negotiation process starts no fee is charge, however ensure to inform us about your decision.
3 days within the locating process = no charged
4 days within the locating process = 15% is charged
6 days within the locating process = 20% is charged
14 days within the locating process = 25% is charged
Cancellation after publication is purchased = 50 % is charged
Cancellation after publication is shipped = 100% is charged.
However, this does not go to say we are no longer responsible for the publication. If error on our behalf, please ship back to us and fthe ull price is refund including shipping. We will be informing you during the negotiating stage.

Membership and user agreement

The Membership Agreement
shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Ministry of Justice New  Zealand. If any provision of the Membership Agreement is for any reason declared illegal in any country, all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by such law. For the avoidance of any doubt, any such finding of illegality in any country shall not affect the validity of any provisions of the membership Agreement in other countries.

Harassment
In any manner or form on the Site or any of the KITE Websites, including via e-mail and chat or by obscene or abusive language is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a KITE employee, host, or representative or other members or visitors on the Site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the Site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable, or which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the Site or use the Site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization
